Summary
The printable report must show the idea body text that the parser stores.
Each per-idea printable sheet must show the stored idea body text.
The parser removes the base indent.
The base indent is the indent of the first body line.
Extra indent on a later line is part of the body text.
A later line with 4 more spaces than the first body line is stored with those 4 spaces.
Print HTML must keep those leading spaces.
Print HTML must not collapse those spaces.
The body text must still wrap inside the card width.
