Root layout layout.tsx hosts a sticky, draggable button tray on marketing pages.
The tray stays in the viewport. Drag starts from a dedicated handle only — action links must not capture pointer or begin a drag.
The drag / hit box is the button tray only ( `width` / `height`: fit-content ). Labels and tooltips overlay outside that box; they must not enlarge it.
Compact state is icon-only. Hover / focus expands the matching label as a tooltip beside ( web ) or above ( mobile ) the icon, flipped if the tray is near that viewport edge.
Narrow ( mobile ) viewports show one action: star the GitHub repository.
Wider ( web ) viewports also show " Try the extension ", which opens quickstart_page.
GitHub href and icons come from phonebook / phonebook_icon_component, not hardcoded URLs or ad-hoc glyphs.
Copy lives in sticky-cta.ts per copy.
Do not show the tray on the presentation player route per presentation_player_route.
