Link-shaped reference surfaces that are not a bare `idea` bracket.
Wikilink `target` ( optional alias pipe ): reference_wikilink —
indexes as idea-to-idea `references`, same as idea_reference.
Markdown `label(target)`: markdown_links — label is not an idea ref;
the target indexes as `file_reference` ( file_reference ).
