Summary
Idea-to-idea reference: bracket `name` / `name` targets a local, imported, or same-file idea.
Syntax: reference_brackets, same_file_reference,
reference_qualified, reference_embedding,
references_to_subidea.
Index edge kind `references` on types.ts / types.rs. Extract: extract.rs, rust_extract.
A `member` form records the edge on the member leaf, not on the ideaset container.
An attribute uses the same brackets. See attribute_namespacing.
