spec - search_pane_open_live

Summary

A click on a search_pane hit must show the live workspace file at that path.
If that file is already open in a workspace tab, focus that tab and move the caret.
Do not open a second read-only tab with stale content ( a detached `file://` copy that Cursor does not sync ).
Keep the click path cheap: no extra index read, no base discovery.
