Summary

MCP `diff` wraps diff for AI clients ( server.ts ).
Arguments are optional `from`, optional `to`, and optional `verbosity` ( diff_verbosity ).
The tool returns the same JSON array as `reqlan diff --json`.
An empty array means that no idea changed.
A missing revision is a tool error.
