Summary
Markdown export writes a `README.md` index for the selected base ( counts, status / tag rollups, idea list, file list ) and optional per-idea `.md` pages under `ideas/` with attributes and inbound / outbound references as relative markdown links.
When per-idea pages are disabled, idea bodies are inlined in the README.
Shared base / scope / output / name and file filters apply; HTML-only page families ( graph, clusters, attributes, print ) are omitted.
Pipeline: `exportMarkdown` / `writeMarkdownExport` using the same snapshot builder as HTML ( export_pipeline ).
Extension UI host: export.rq".export_webview.
