Table `sync_runs` records one soft / hard / idle indexing pass.
Columns include: `id`, `started_at`, `finished_at`, `duration_ms`, `trigger`,
`total_files`, `skipped_mtime`, `indexed_files`, `error_files`, `cancelled`,
`sum_file_duration_ms`, `avg_path_depth`.
Retention keeps the latest 50 runs ( diagnostics.rs `MAX_RETAINED_RUNS` ).
Feeds index_diagnostics_metrics and index_diagnostics_webview.
