PhonebookIcon.tsx is the site's single render entry point for phonebook icons ( `@iconify/react` ).
It accepts an optional phonebook `icon` ref. If the ref is absent, it renders nothing. If the ref is present, it renders an inline SVG with `aria-hidden`.
Default sizing uses the `.phonebook-icon` class in globals.css.
Must remain compatible with static export per simple_lightweight_and_static.
