under application_memory.
Schema version is in ( `SCHEMA_VERSION` in schema.ts and schema.rs ).
Runtime migrate runs in Rust ( store.rs ); TypeScript opens the store and calls
native migrate ( sqlite-store.ts ).
Keep schema.ts aligned with schema.rs.
