A command palette action ( e. g. ctrl + p: reqlan install cursor skills ) should copy rq-* skills from the extension into the workspace. cursor / skills folder and update. cursor / mcp. json.
Prefer the workspace `packages/mcp/bin/mcp.js` when present; otherwise `npx -y @reqlan/mcp` from npm_distribution.
Place in install sequencing ( workspace agent files, not `.reqlan` ): workspace_agent_files.
