`/certs/assessment/` shows the sole assessment quiz when there is one.
When there is more than one assessment, it lists them.
`/certs/assessment/id/` is that assessment's quiz.
Unknown ids are not found.
Legacy `/assessment/` and `/tutorials/assessment/` redirect here and keep the query string.
The home quiz_sticker_tab links here. It does not run the quiz in the tab.
