A named quiz with a stable id, a title, a blurb, and sections of questions.
Questions live in assessment.ts per copy.
Current sole quiz id `core`. Sections: ontology, installation, syntax, graph, cli.
Ontology covers idea, ideaset, file, base, attribute, attribute_body, reference.
Advanced syntax covers imports, file refs, wildcards, and comment refs.
CLI covers click and `reqlan check` for reference integrity in CI / CD.
Pass at 80 %. Then collect a display name and mint a certificate token.
The token claim `a` identifies this assessment.
After mint, go to certificate_page with the token and the just-completed query param.
