Summary
Table `meta` holds key / value rows ( `key TEXT PRIMARY KEY`, `value TEXT NOT NULL` ).
Known keys:
- `schema_version` — string form of ideas_index_sqlite version ( `"4"` ).
- `extract_version` — extract-rule generation from the native engine.
When it does not match the running engine, soft sync rebuilds so stale edges do not remain
( index, inline_code ).
