Summary

Workspace crawl is the indexer ( index, index_sequencing ). It is not the open-file path.
Native sync walks `.rq` files, then allowlisted code files, and writes SQLite.
Open-file links must not wait for that walk ( open_file_algorithm ).
The language server watches `.rq` files only ( lsp_file_watch ).
