sticky_cta_node	done		Root layout ["../../site/src/app/layout.tsx"] hosts a sticky, draggable button tray on marketing pages. The tray stays in the viewport. Drag starts from a dedicated handle only — action links must not capture pointer or begin a drag. The drag / hit box is the button tray only ( `width` / `height`: fit-content ). Labels and tooltips overlay outside that box; they must not enlarge it. Compact state is icon-only. Hover / focus expands the matching label as a tooltip beside ( web ) or above ( mobile ) the icon, flipped if the tray is near that viewport edge. Narrow ( mobile ) viewports show one action: star the GitHub repository. Wider ( web ) viewports also show " Try the extension ", which opens [quickstart_page]. GitHub href and icons come from [phonebook_reqs.phonebook] / [phonebook_icon_component], not hardcoded URLs or ad-hoc glyphs. Copy lives in ["../../site/src/content/sticky-cta.ts"] per [copy].
