The primary action copies the selected package manager command for [cli_package.cli_package] per [package_manager_preference]. A chevron menu lists npm, pnpm, yarn, and bun. Each command uses the CLI package name from [phonebook_reqs.npm_packages]. A click copies the selected command to the clipboard and stores the preference.
